We offer worldwide shipping services for exhibitions and trade shows. We are an official logistics partner for the Conference Centre Dublin and have many years of experience in handling trade show shipping.

We also handle trade show shipping to hotels, for example we have recently handled an import to the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport Hotel as well as re-export to Malta.

Our trade show shipping services can be delivered through air, sea or road freight depending on where you are based and what equipment you have. Our expert staff and strong global partner network enables us to handle iterms such as booths/stands, electrical equipment and other marketing collateral from door-to-door.

We are very experienced in handling carnets and completing temporary import declarations. We can assist you by paying customs taxes on deposit and arranging to process you customs VAT/duty refund after re-export of the cargo following use at the exhibition in Ireland. Once again we can send these shipments to worldwide locations by road, sea and air.

We also handle cargo for temporary export and reimport for theatres, music concerts, film festivals and more.

We have our own custom bonded warehouse facility where cargo can be examed and Customs Cleared both on import and export. You cargo will be securely stored for both delivery and collection including bank holidays and weekends at your exhibition location.
